The estate la Spinetta is favourably located in the middle of the country, but it is well connected to the main roadways and railways and it is easy to reach:

Take the A1 motorway, exit Orvieto, and follow the indications for Motefiascone, Castel Giorgio, San Lorenzo Nuovo; at the 80th km of the Maremmana State Road 74 follow the signs “la Spinetta”.

Or take the Cassia: when you arrive at San Lorenzo Nuovo, follow the road to Castel Giorgio, at the 80th km follow the signs “La Spinetta”.
