In order to fully capitalize on the beauty of the area, the incoming guests will be given an information booklet in Italian and English, with a list of the best restaurants, wine shops and wine roads, with itineraries and tips on museums, events and sports and spa activities and facilities in the area.

With its four apartments, La Spinetta is open from March to November, including the Christmas holidays, only on the basis of reservation. The pool is open from June to September. The weekly stay will start on Saturday (arrival in the afternoon) and end the next Saturday (departure by 10 a.m.).

Prices include:
Water, gas, electric power, linen with a weekly change and the initial cleaning.
Prices do not include:
Autonomous heating (gas), compulsory mid-week and end-of-week cleaning.
